Cary Collins Christian, Sr.: May 2, 2020

Cary Collins Christian Sr., age 76, passed away at his residence in Americus, on Saturday May, 2, 2020 with his son and daughter by his side. Cary was born in Americus, Ga on June 6, 1943 to the parents of Hubert C. and Doris P. Christian who preceded him in death. Cary attended public schools in Americus, as well as Georgia Southwestern College. He is survived by one brother, Hugh Larry Christian of Americus, one son, Cary Collins Christian, Jr. (Linda) of Nebraska, one daughter, Cynthia Christian (Scott) of Panama City Beach, Florida, one granddaughter, Carolina Boatright and three grandsons, Brett Boatright, Collins Christian and Cary Christian.

Cary loved fishing, hunting, camping, and golf with his family and friends. He was of the Christian faith. He was employed with AT&T until his retirement.

The family request in Lieu of flowers, contributions to be made to the Sumter Humane Society 108 industrial Blvd Americus, Ga 31709 in Cary’s name.
